I went out for some photos with my friends, Shariful and Rusydi to take some street photos at Queen St. While busy taking photos, suddenly this old man approached us and started asking us questions. The first question is something like “Why do you take photos here?” From that first question, I thought that he is unhappy with us, but then he was actually interested in our cameras.

“How many mega pixels your camera has?” he asked. Rusydi-”6mp”, Me-”8mp”…but his camera got 10mp lol. Well he talked a lot to shariful and rusydi. i am more like a listener =). His stories are quite complicated but everything is sad stories. He mentioned that he has been robbed and hit by a gang until he was hospitalized. What puzzles us is that he also mentioned about policemen hitting him.

when we were about to leave, he pulled out a calling card from his wallet and asked us for $5 so that he can topup the card to call his wife. Shariful gave him $10 as none of us have smaller notes.

Later we went to the yummy Mrs Higgins Oven Fresh Cookies. Marvellous cookies.

Alhamdulillah pada tanggal 31 Ogos 2008, belia2 Auckland yang cergas berjaya menganjurkan sukan BECA kali ke-2. Yang datang adela dalam 40 orang semua sekali, yang lain tu mungkin ade hal lain atau kurang cergas lah rasanya.

9am-12noon
Main game ameoba (kot) yang aku rasa agak merbahaya sebab bole menyebabkan tangan terputus. Lepas tu main game ultimate frisbee. then main bola cop (kot) dan diakhiri dengan game captain ball. Sebab aku pon main jadi tak banyak gambar aku tangkap tambah2 shor pon dah jadi cameraman.

5pm-8pm
Main game mafia yang interestingly got a lot of moral values in it. Moral value yang paling best aku dapat blaja from that game is, kita xtahu bila ajal kita nak datang. Bila2 pon kita bole mati. Aku harap aku bole sempat habiskan tulis post ni… lepas tu solat maghrib jemaah di surau uni. lepas makan ramai2, tgk video, pastu beransur la kami ke surau mount st utk solat isyak.

Memandangkan bulan Ramadhan hampir tiba, semakin dekat kita dengan hari raya. InsyaAllah ini kali ke-3 saya berpuasa dan beraya di Auckland. Ape salahnya tahun ni saya bukak bisnes poskad raya. Hari ni genaplah 8 gold medals yang Michael Phelps kejar. Pada masa yang sama 7 (btul ke 7?) rekod dunia dipecahnya. Phenomenal Phelps indeed. Malaysia masih lagi menanti pingat emas yang pertama. Harapan tinggi diletak pada Lee Chong Wei malam ni dalam badminton men singles. Total atlet malaysia seramai 33 orang masih blom membuahkan pingat (except Chong Wei la). Kalaulah US hantar Phelps sorang je ke Olimpik, Malaysia still akan kalah. Jadi betul la orang slalu kata kualiti lbih baik dari kuantiti. Mari kita sama2 perbaiki diri kita.

Hello world. This blog is created to function as my web album or maybe as a sort of my photography portfolio. I’ll still use flickr as my photo bank but here i can display them nicely in ‘any’ way that i want. Plus in flickr you cant display your photos in large view.

Here, i’ll also post my photographs in wallpaper form so all of you can download them if you think that they are worthy to be your computer wallpaper. But that is still under some work. You guys will have to wait for a wallpaper to be online. As usual, i welcome critics and comments..well you can say this blog as my fotopages but just better than what fotopages and flickr can give. Hopefully after this, i’ll pay more attention to this blog compared to my flickr page.
